But things get complicated a bit in the winter, when there is less available. And yet, one should eat as much fruit and vegetables during the cold season, to make the full of vitamins and keep health! It needs even more vitamins and nutrients in winter, to better withstand cold and fighting the small multiple viruses circulating.
